Nicholas "Action" Ali is a seasoned law enforcement professional for over a decade with a vast of experience in Trinidad and Tobago's Court System, having participated in more than two hundred legal matters. Holding a degree in Criminal Justice: Police Science, Ali is a certified Police Firearm Instructor, completing his training from Trinidad and Tobago Police Academy. His expertise extends across various specialized areas, including Active Shooter Drills, Hostage Rescue, Urban Combat Tactics, Close Quarters Combat, and more.

He is an Accredited/Licensed Weapons Training Instructor approved by the Commissioner of Police, recognized under the Firearm Trainer number FT-298. As the Managing Director of Action Tactical and Defense Limited, a reputable company he founded, Ali has provided comprehensive training to diverse groups, including Provisional/F.U.L/F.U.E.C holders, Police officers, Prison Officers, Supplemental Police, Military Personnel, and private security firms. His training spans multiple weapon platforms such as Pistols, Shotguns, Carbines, and Rifles and ranges from competency to advanced levels.

Beyond his law enforcement career, Ali is a prominent national sport shooter, representing Trinidad and Tobago extensively at local, regional, and international levels. He boasts several accolades, notably being the first Firearm Instructor to receive a President's Medal from the International Practical Shooting Confederation. His exceptional achievements also include being the first sport shooter in Trinidad and Tobago to secure an overall win in a regional shooting competition. Currently ranked number one in the sport shooting open division and holding the esteemed title of Grand Master, Ali's dedication to the sport is unparalleled.

His passion for firearm training is driven by a belief that "there is no bad student, only bad teachers." Ali's extensive real-life near death experiences, coupled with his profound expertise and qualifications, motivate his commitment to sharing knowledge.
